Remote Landlord has released a new report summary to the Rent Roll History reports to assist with DHCR RPIE filing. There are now subtotals for residential and commercial units, as well as subtotals for market, rent stabilized, and rent controlled units. This information is available both on the Rent Roll History and Payments History reports.
